Dianna Frid
Education
Dianna Frid works at the intersection of material texts and textile. She makes artist’s books, works on fabric, drawings, and sculptures. In her work, embroidery is a prominent vehicle for exploring the relationships between writing and drawing; and between transcription and legibility.

Education
Therese Quinn, Director of Museum and Exhibition Studies and Affiliated Faculty with Gender & Women’s Studies and Curriculum Studies, has worked as an exhibit researcher, developer, and evaluator for the Field Museum of Natural History, the Chicago Children’s Museum, the California Academy of the Sciences, and other cultural institutions.
