MFA Alums to Exhibit in Ground Floor Biennial

The Hyde Park Art Center announced that several of our MFA alums have been nominated with four being selected to exhibit in the Art Center's biennial exhibition, Ground Floor. Congratulations to Maggie Hubbard (MFA, 2020), Spencer Hutchinson (MFA, 2020), and Eileen Mueller (MFA, 2020) for being nominated, and to Leticia Bernaus (MFA, 2019), Stella Brown (MFA, 2019), Paige Taul (MFA, 2020), and Tamara Valdez (MFA, 2020) for being selected!

Since 2010, Ground Floor has brought together work by Chicago’s most promising emergent talent. The exhibition offers a single destination to discover artists who have recently graduated (in 2019 and 2020) from one of Chicago’s five outstanding MFA programs and whose work demands to be seen and supported. Ground Floor will be on view at Hyde Park Art Center from December 6, 2020 until February 28, 2021.
