Assistant Professor, Jonathan Mekinda, Receives Stratton Fellowship

The School of Art and Art History would like to congratulate Assistant Professor, Jonathan Mekinda on receiving the Stratton Fellowship Award!

Supported by the Friends of Switzerland in Boston (FOSI), the Stratton Fellowship is awarded annually by the distinguished laureates of the Julius Adams Stratton Prize for Intercultural Achievement. The Stratton Fellowship supports an extended period of travel in Switzerland, where fellows can undertake research and studies in a wide range of areas, from technology, medicine, and the sciences to the arts and humanities. The 2016 Fellowship will support Prof. Mekinda’s work on his current book project, Building the “House of Man”: Design and the Modern Home in Milan, 1933-1957.
