Yesterday, former Art History student (Class of 2016) Daniel Dunson had the opportunity to participate on a panel alongside Ambassador Caroline Kennedy here at UIC. They discussed the importance of traveling in order to broaden ones horizons while studying internationally. They also spoke about Mr. Dunson receiving the 2016-2017 Fulbright U.S. Student Award to Ghana. The Fulbright program is the flagship international educational exchange program of the United States. With this award, Mr. Dunson will represent the country as a cultural ambassador while he is overseas, helping to enhance mutual understanding between Americans and the people in Ghana.
Congratulations to Mr. Dunson on his achievements!
