Congratulations to UIC School of Art & Art History MUSE student Whitney Scullawl who was awarded the Mullins-Martin Internship at Chicago's Field Museum. This is a paid internship designed to encourage Native American scholarship and use of the extant Native North American collections of The Field Museum. He work will include research, documentation, and enhancing the catalog for archaeological sites in the Mid-continent in order to allow for greater access to these important collections. Scull awl will also conduct research on the Northwest Coast material culture collection from the 19th and early 20th centuries.
