UIC Professor Silvia Malagrino will screen her Co-directed film at the Holocaust Museum Skokie

George and Gisela Karp and their infant daughter Susie escaped the Nazis by crossing the Pyrenees with the help of the French Resistance. The film reveals the impact of the Holocaust on the next generation and celebrates the bravery of those who risked their lives to save the family. Discussion with director Sharon Karp and co-director Silvia Malagrino follows the screening.
