IDEAS Newsstand
IDEAS is the name of a new interdisciplinary BA degree that uses the entire college as if it were a single department. Think of it as a liberal arts of the arts! IDEAS is designed for students interested in hybrid fields like game design, interactive web, visual poetry and artists books, experimental graphics, electronic visual music, design thinking, cultural criticism, and hybrid fine arts studio practice. This is also a two-year degree, so may be of particular interest to transfer students. Stop by the IDEAS newsstand in the lobby of Art and Exhibition hall to find out what has been happening in the Interdisciplinary Education in the Arts program.
