So much summer art activity! Get outdoors and check out this upcoming exhibition featuring one of our incredible graduate students.
The South Works Deep Geological Study is an investigation conducted by artist and UIC MFA candidate Stella Brown into the history of the South Works site through its geology. The art installation and accompanying text invite the public to explore geological materials and historical documents that shed light on the history of the park and the surrounding communities. The piece encourages new ways of thinking about our parks and interactions between humans and nature.
